Explaining our brain


During therapy we help you understand some of the ways your mind works,  How Depression & Anxiety are created and how we can suffer, and importantly - what we can do about it.


This short presentation is a brief introduction into this understanding. It simplifies many aspects of brain function, with the purpose of making it as easy as possible to understand.


We have found that a little knowledge of our brains helps enormously in understanding how we feel at times, and why we act in certain ways at other times.


It also aims to help us understand how small, simple changes can make huge differences.
